Covid 19 .

We are now open from 9am to 4pm, Tuesdays to Saturdays, preferably by appointment only, with a maximum of 3 customers in the shop at any one time and observing social distancing guidelines as much as possible.  The wearing of a face mask/covering is now mandatory. 

We have fitted screens above the counter and there will be disinfectant alcohol wipes and hand gel available as well as disposable gloves and face masks.

We would ask that customers only examine a small selection of jewellery when looking to purchase and any items not required will be thoroughly cleaned before going back into stock.

These are difficult times for us all and we appreciate that it's going to take time to get used to this more formal customer interface.

Our excellent repair service will continue but, due to our workshop and suppliers working to the same guidelines, we hope customers will understand that we may not be able to do 'urgent' work. 

Commissions will continue to be a priority and we can, happily, still spend time discussing ideas and designs, source stones and materials, supply CAD imaging and printed waxes for casting, or entirely hand make if preferred.
